I am loving this series so much!!! This is the second book in the culverhouse series and it has all the drama as the first book and so much more!!!!Wendy is coming to terms with all that has happened to her in her past and has a lot to deal with in this book too.Jack also has his fair share of drama too. Have just started to read jack be nimble and I'm hooked already!!!! 5* review for a 5* book!!!! Bring on the rest!!!!! Xx

Well, what can I say, I was very sad to get to the end of this book! I loved the very clever twist, I had no idea who the murderer was, it keeps you guessing right to the end. I did find some parts quite emotional, because of how much you care for them and believe the story. The characters relationship with each other is brilliant, I love how close they are and how they care for each other in their own way.

The second book in the terrific Knight & Culverhouse series by Adam Croft. A police procedural with flawed, human characters and a crisp, clever writing style.I would strongly recommend reading the books in order, they really are exceptional. Realistic and gritty without going over the top, this tale has several murders, red herrings, several wrong turns........and then........bingo, a brilliant ending. Adam Croft certainly knows how to deliver a page turner. Highly recommended.

Another brilliant book by Adam Croft, and once again I ever saw the ending coming. I love the little twists and turns he makes in the story line, as well as small glimpses of his main characters changing, very subtly. I'm now ready to read the next one and hopefully get sone answers to issues raised in the first two books in this series.
